Bathmate - HydroXtreme9 Penis Pump Kit - Clear

Fully stocked with absolutely everything needed for an amazingly effective, breathtakingly pleasurable and ultra user-friendly pump experience, the HydroExtreme kit is here!

It contains not only a crystal clear version of the innovative Bathmate pump, but also a host of accessories, including a clean kit, a measuring gauge, plus hose and pump ball attachments for even more enhancement options. Harnessing the natural suction created by water in your tub or shower to increase the strength, health, size and overall appearance of the penis, Hydromax effectiveness has been praised by male sexual health experts, various men's health magazines, and many, many happy customers.

How does it work?

1. Fill the cylinder with water and insert your flaccid penis, pressing back against the groin to seal.
2. Flip the grey 'switch' near the top and then slowly push down on the cylinder, releasing water slowly, to increase the pressure inside of it.
3. When no more water comes out of the end, it means that the maximum pressure has been achieved. Hold for a few minutes and then release the water. Repeat up to 3 times.
Gentle yet definitely effective, the following pressure draws blood into the penis and surrounding tissue, creating a firm erection and in essence providing a workout for the male sex organ; keeping it in shape (so to speak) and operating at peak capacity. Even if you're a complete newbie, this pump is by no means intimidating and use is virtually effortless, the Extreme even contains a comfort insert pad that helps the penis slide in with supreme comfort.

The main difference between HydroXtreme9 and Bathmate's other penis pump options is the attached handball unit. Once you’ve filled up the pump with water and attached to your body, you don’t have to pump to remove water - just squeeze the handball. You’ll be able to reach maximum pressure quickly, delivering unmatched results. Speaking of which, best results seem to occur with the entire process being repeated 2-3 times over 12-20 minutes.

If at any point you experience discomfort or pain, you can immediately eliminate pressure by pushing the quick release valve at the top point of the pump. The maximum penis length that this pump will accommodate is about 10 inches.
